In compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), the owner of the blupill.es website (the “Website”), through which BLUFEM and BLUPILL products are sold, is:

VIVOARCHITECT IBERICA, S.L. (the “OWNER”) operates under the VivoXpand brand and is the food business operator responsible for marketing the food supplements offered on the Website.

This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing and use of the Website. Anyone who accesses it becomes a user and accepts these terms. The OWNER may change the Website's presentation, configuration and content at any time.

The products sold are food supplements, not medicines. Information on the Website is for general purposes and is not individual medical or nutritional advice. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Users agree to use the Website lawfully and appropriately, and in particular:

• Not to use the content for purposes contrary to the law, morality or public order.
• Not to reproduce, distribute or modify the content without authorisation.
• Not to introduce viruses or systems that may damage the Website or third parties.
• Not to provide false information in forms.

All Website content (text, images, design, logos, software) and the BLUFEM, BLUPILL, SiestaK and VivoXpand brands belong to the OWNER or its licensors. Reproduction or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

The OWNER aims to keep information accurate and up to date but does not guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted availability. Without prejudice to consumer rights, it is not liable for damage caused by interruptions, viruses or failures beyond its control.

The Website may link to third-party sites (for example Shopify, Jupiter or social networks). The OWNER is not responsible for their content or services.

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of the consumer user's place of residence.

Complaints can be sent to info@vivoxpand.com. The OWNER is not currently part of any consumer arbitration system; consumers may contact the consumer authorities of their region or, for cross-border disputes within the EU, the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).
